Cali Raised Productions is a music production company based in Arvada, Colorado. Our passion for music and sounds will take you on a journey. The CEO has been on a journey himself. From the streets of East LA then through the Army and around the world. This why we strive for the best. We've seen a lot in life so all there is left is to make music and tell about it. That's why he is now working on his BA in Audio Production through Full Sail University.

This is my 3rd Portfolio assignment with Full Sail University. In this course we learned a few more techniques for mixing audio. Especially, new mastering techniques. To your right is the song I created from scratch using LogIc Pro. Mastering, I used Pro Tools. The Original sounds were made from objects around the studio. Hope you like. Enjoy!!!

This was a school project for Full Sail University. We were all told to pick from a specific list of tracks from the Cambridge Music Library that we could remix and the song I chose was:
Summertime by Bolz & Knecht
what inspired me to make this piece was the fact that it is reggae and I used to play drums in a reggae dub band. I began with creating a double time beat that went along with the chorus. Then I added FX and transitions for more of that dub feel. Finally on the bass I created a deep sliding octave jumping bass line. Last I created 3 other variations with different beats. I hope you enjoy.
